Subscriptions and cancellations
Our SLP-01 Subscribe & Save option is a recurring purchase. Please read the subscription terms shown at checkout as well as this policy before placing your first order.
Your recurring order
SLP-01 is offered at £54.99 per pouch every 30 days on subscription, with standard UK delivery included. By subscribing, you authorise an initial payment and automatically recurring payments and deliveries at the disclosed interval until cancelled. The amount, frequency and delivery options shown at checkout and in your confirmation control your order.
No minimum commitment
There is no minimum subscription term and we do not charge a cancellation penalty. You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time. To prevent an upcoming order and charge, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled renewal is processed.
How to cancel
Email info@hyperformancesupplements.com from the address associated with your subscription and ask to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and stop subsequent recurring orders. If online customer subscription management is enabled, you may also cancel there. The next billing date will be shown in your subscription account where available, or can be requested by email.
Changing, skipping and pausing deliveries
If you need to change a delivery address, request a delay or ask whether an order can be skipped, contact us before the upcoming order is processed. Online pause or skip functionality is offered only where it is supported by the subscription system in use. We will confirm whether we can make your requested change.
Price changes and orders already placed
We will communicate any change to a recurring price or material term in advance, together with your cancellation options, and comply with applicable consumer law. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily cancel an order that has already been placed. Already-placed orders remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory rights.
